Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC) is providing an internship program that will create employment channels for the unemployed youth and also place them on a platter of gold as it gives them easy access to their dreams.
Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC) has established a traffic officer trainee program, which is at NQF level 6, which runs for a period of three (3) years. Anyone who is interested in being part of this program can apply.
The selected candidates must undergo a training program that will last three (3) years. As such, they will be required to enter into a three (3) year contract with the RTMC. The training program will take place in Gauteng province or any other suitable training location identified by the RTMC. Accommodation, meals, study material, stipend will be provided to selected candidates.
Candidates must be prepared to learn about all fields and information related to traffic law enforcement and road safety. These will include attending classes as well as training related to the field.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent Certificate with a Diploma pass, i.e. level 4 (50% to 59%) and above.
Candidates with a post-matriculated qualification will also be considered.
Driving license code B (manual transmission)
no criminal record
South African citizenship
Prescribed medical form completed by a registered physician as proof that the candidate is able to engage in strenuous exercise
You must be under 35 years of age on the ad closing date
